CFT (coNFT-fungible-token) for coNFT is a way for web3 integration. \
\
**Fundraising represents 20% planned in 4 rounds:** \
Pre-seed, seed, private and public. \
Public round mainly for marketing purposes.\
\
**Ecosystem fund represents 34%.** \
Fund for marketing initiatives, community rewards, testnet, ambassador program, "vampire attacks", and staking rewards. \
The token will help the coNFT team to define an active Community based on holding. \
The number of holders is a KPI for the team and it's marketing initiatives.&#x20;

**The team represents 15% of tokens.** \
Token rewards for a Team inline long-term vision and support of the Project. \
\
**Advisory represents 5% of tokens.** \
\
**The operational reserve represents 26%.** \
Reserve for treasury, CEX and DEX liquidity, project integrations in our ecosystem, grants for coNFT ecosystem development by coders and teams, payments for infrastructure APIs<br>
